What kind of photo works best?+

Use a clear, well-lit image taken at eye level. Make sure your pet’s face, ears and key markings are fully visible.

Will the finished piece look exactly like the digital preview?+

The composition will follow your selected design, while the physical weave gives the print a textured, slightly softened finish. Screen color, edge color and woven output may vary slightly.

How and where can I install it?+

Use the included adhesive fasteners on a clean, dry and smooth surface. Position it low enough for your cat to stretch and scratch comfortably. Test first on delicate paint, wallpaper or other easily marked surfaces.

How long will my order take?+

Custom production and free US delivery take approximately 21–30 days. Tracking is sent by email when your order ships.

Can I use a photo with more than one pet?+

For the cleanest portrait, we recommend one pet per scratcher unless a multi-pet option is offered on the product.

What if my photo is not usable?+

Our team will contact you for a replacement before production begins, so your order is never made from an unsuitable image.
