Pawlively content
The Pawlively name, website design, copy, photographs, graphics, product mockups, templates and other original site materials are owned by or licensed to Pawlively and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, sold or used commercially without prior written permission.
Customer photos and instructions
Customers retain any rights they hold in the original pet photos and instructions they submit. By uploading content, the customer confirms that they have permission to use it and grants Pawlively and its service providers a limited license to process it solely to create previews, prepare artwork, manufacture and fulfill the order, send requested emails, provide support and comply with legal obligations.
Customized artwork
After full payment, the customer may use the customized artwork delivered for that order for personal, non-commercial purposes. Pawlively retains rights in its underlying templates, production methods, software, workflows and reusable design elements. AI-assisted previews may also be subject to the terms of the technology providers used to create them.
Privacy and public use
Pawlively does not use a customer’s uploaded photo or customized artwork in public advertising, social media or portfolio materials without separate permission. Photo handling, retention and deletion requests are described in our Privacy Policy.
Reporting suspected infringement
If you believe content on pawlively.com infringes your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, email pawlively@gmail.com with:
- your full name and contact information;
- identification of the protected work or right;
- the exact page or material you believe is infringing;
- a statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized; and
- supporting documents or links.
We will review complete, good-faith reports and take appropriate action where required. Do not submit false or misleading claims.
Prohibited uses
Pawlively content may not be used to create counterfeit products, impersonate Pawlively, train or promote a competing commercial service, remove ownership notices, or mislead customers about sponsorship or affiliation.
