Pawlively products are made to order using the pet photo and customization choices you provide.

Estimated delivery time — United States

Estimated total delivery time: 21–30 calendar days after we receive the photo and customization details needed to begin your order.

This estimate includes artwork preparation, production, quality checks and shipping. It is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Photo and artwork confirmation

If your photo is unclear, required information is missing, or you request additional design changes, production will begin after those details are confirmed. The delivery estimate may therefore move accordingly.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping to eligible United States addresses is free. Any expedited or special delivery option, if available, will be shown before payment.

Tracking

We will email tracking information after your order ships. Carrier scans can take 2–5 business days to appear. You can also visit our Track Your Order page for help.

Address changes

Please verify your shipping address before placing the order. Email pawlively@gmail.com as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after production or shipment begins.

Delays, loss or damage

Weather, holidays, customs or carrier disruptions may cause delays outside our control. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos of the package when applicable. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
